I live in Duluth, MN with my husband Paul and 12 children. I am happiest with my wonderful family. After having twelve children I wanted to be able to help them heal holistically. I began my work in 2017. When I am not facilitating bodywork I am either knitting or walking park point beach looking for sea glass.
